Registration


The registration to the conference is mandatory to attend the sessions and to have the accepted paper included in the ICIRMST 2022 Conference Proceedings. To this end it is mandatory to complete the registration process and the payment of the registration fee by the deadline mentioned in the conference homepage. Please follow the instructions described herein:

To confirm the registration towards the conference, the corresponding author of the accepted paper should submit the below-mentioned documents:

  1. Final paper:

Author should attach the final formatted and revised paper after acceptance.

  1. Springer Publishing Agreement (Consent to Publish):

  2. Along with the final paper & publishing agreement, author should attach the payment proof.
  • At least one of the authors should register for the conference before the final registration deadline mentioned in the conference homepage.

Foreign Authors 150 USD
Foreign Listener 100 USD

One Registration covers the publication of one manuscript, individual certificates, one conference kit, DVD Conference Proceedings, admission to all scientific sessions and keynote program, and lunch/breaks.

    Presentation Guidelines

    If your article was accepted, the author must deliver a 15-minute presentation. The author should have access to a PC with Power point and Adobe with proper internet connection to deliver a hassle free presentation. We highly advise you to limit the number of slides in your presentation to 10 or less.

     

    Cancellation / Refund Policy

    No refunds are granted for “no-shows”: A justified reason is required to cancel a registration, please send to icirmst.confdesk@gmail.com

    Registrants who cancel their registration for any reason will receive a partial refund according to the following schedule:

    • Cancellation requests received via email at least 60 days prior to the conference date will be 50% refunded.
    • Cancellation requests received via email at least 30 days prior to the conference date will be refunded, less a 25% processing fee.
    • No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the conference event.

     

    Processing of Refunds

    Note: Refunds of registrations paid by GPay/mobile payment gateway will be made by refunding to that GPay/mobile payment gateway. Refunds of registrations paid by bank account will be made to the same bank account. Refund will be initiated after 2-3 weeks from the conference event.
